Megan cooked us a delicious breakfast today, she made
Banana-Nutella Stuffed Croissants. First you cut your croissants in half and then spread cream cheese on them:

Then you spread nutella on top of the cream cheese:

Sliced bananas with brown sugar on top that spent about 30 seconds under the broiler was the next layer. Then the croissant was closed.

At that point this is what it looked like:

You then mix up your french toast batter which included eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla. The recipe actually called for rum too but we omitted this since the kids were eating it. Dip the filled croissants into the batter and then cook on the griddle. Paul did this step since Megan didn't want to go near anything hot. (She didn't use the broiler to do the bananas either, I did.)

When done we added a few sliced strawberries, some of the extra banana slices and some powdered sugar on top to finish it up.

It was very delicious! A definite keeper to have again in the future. Thanks Megan!
